We need to move into commercial lending, I have found, as I continue to read on BP.To come up with the money for our slow-and-steady acquisitions plan, we have saved up bonus or reenlistment lump sums, used the DoD 10% Savings Plan while on deployments, set aside funds at from promotions, and TSP loans to get down payment money, as well as accumulated mutual funds that we cashed out.

What I was stating is that doing just that signing a contract and not closing is a method that could be deployed .... if it was a one off deal you really wanted it .. and you think the wholesaler is a schmuck and you don't care about a relationship..
