None of the very small handful of students I have spoken with that are currently partnering with Ryan and Tyler on deals are happy with them and feel like Ryan and Tyler only have their own best interest at heart and don’t really care about their student’s success beyond lip-service.

I am currently self employed as a GC with my own company: Carolina Premier Homes.

The current way the studs are built is not up to code, so they have to rebuild the entire structure of the kitchen wall This is not uncommon especially when renovating an older home and when budgeting you should also carry a very heavy contingency for unknowns. 

So, currently I'm in this 2nd 506(c) syndication and ultimately would like to exit.

I look to achieve the 1% rule when purchasing although in the current market it’s not a guarantee of cash flow.
