They have good training programs, good company culture, good orientation to help you grow beyond being just an agent, and when you start completing a lot of sales, they are a smart financial choice.

Plus, you will need to learn more professionals skills and that take time, and a bit of corporate culture.

I believe the area around Bauemont just make sure the market you select is diverse and has a growing population.

Look at crime rates, incomes, and job market diversity.

Just make sure you are checking the diversity and the population.
