When I went to the Massachusetts Courts website I was able to find a record of all their previous cases, but for some reason the records did not appear in our online background search.What is the most comprehensive resource available for checking a potential tenant's background, particularly in regards to eviction history?

What I know is allowed is having as many as five unrelated adults living in the same household.

You can also check AirDNA for stats as they have the most comprehensive stats for all areas. 

:PWhat you might find is that if you hit that target retirement date, and half or all of your mortgages are paid off, your monthly household income-after-expenses number may not even drop below what your "day job" used to pay you.
