Best Eviction History Resource?

My company has been using a nationwide report for criminal and credit reports, but just discovered that a tenant that we let into a property has a serial history of evictions. When I went to the Massachusetts Courts website I was able to find a record of all their previous cases, but for some reason the records did not appear in our online background search.

What is the most comprehensive resource available for checking a potential tenant's background, particularly in regards to eviction history? All of our rental units are in Massachusetts, in the southeast region of the state if that information is relevant to the answer.

Thanks in advance.
