Indeed there is a lot of bated breath when the tenant smokes in a non-smoking unit, keeps a pet against policy, fills the hallway or yard with trash, parks their car on the grass, plays amplified music at 2:00 am..........all of which is covered in a good lease.  

I myself play trumpet and have a degree in music education, which is what I do full-time.

If I may explain, essentially our goal is this:-To establish a limited liability company (or corporation) composed of a fund for the acquisition and active management of real estate assets.

I'm graduate student at Florida State... studying music.

Men tend to be more introverted thinking internally about the solution only and then waiting to speak it.The woman sounds like she took your comment as an attacking statement and the husband just saw the thought behind it and the opportunity as a different way to approach things.I have seen the opposite before with the woman composed and the guy all flustered.It's just business.

@Chris Music what Chris said.Also, it's important to build a track record with your own deals, document well, and then show others your track record, which shows people you know what you're doing. 

I wrote hundreds of articles on a weekly basis, sometimes about dentistry, music, architecture, horrible clothing lines, and even shoe shining.
