Hello From Austin, Texas "The Live Music Capital of the World"

Just jumped onto the BP site and thrilled to find such a great group! So, howdy, from Texas. I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 30 years (and least I say this is my 3rd market crash experience); still holding steady. I relocated to Austin from Boston four years ago when I realized this is where the boom was going to happen. I was not wrong as the market is off an running right now.

I wanted to bring my skill sets to the city that Forbes chose as the #1 City of the Decade. This beautiful city in the Hill Country with the Colorado River running straight through downtown brought forth over 70,000 new residents this past year. It is projected that there will be 3 million residents in the area by 2030. Now is the time to be capturing the investment market. We have a dire shortage of single family residential rentals right now (98% absorption).

I am coming to BP to network and meet investors that would like to build a great income stream and wealth inside an Austin, Texas portfolio. This is my specialty.
