If they haven't completely banned them, and are designating a core area where they are allowed, it seems reasonable.When you purchase a home in a SFR neighborhood, that stands for SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, etc.

The buyers had the property inspected and the inspector came back and said the pipes in the home are made from polyeurothain which is a banned material and the whole house needs to be replaced with a different material.

@Joseph Mee, the property is in Pawtucket, and the city does allow parking on one side of the street (aside from parking bans).
