Home inspector issue

Hello! I have A question for a friend. She is selling her rental property. She’s decided being a landlord isn’t for her. She placed the property for sale and had an offer she accepted pretty quickly. The buyers had the property inspected and the inspector came back and said the pipes in the home are made from polyeurothain which is a banned material and the whole house needs to be replaced with a different material. There has never been an issue with the plumbing before. She hired her own inspector and he said the pipes were fine and that since they weren’t in direct sunlight the material was acceptable. The buyers are saying replace them or they walk. There were several other little things that her inspector said were fine and theirs said were not. The pipes are the major thing though. Her realtor is really pushing her to replace but it’s a $4,000 cost. Does she have any option other than replace or find a new buyer?
