We had to pay for cable and gas and they were working to meter the water.I attribute that to mismanagement, deferred maintenance on the exterior that became a hue expense at the same time people were walking away from their condos (and fees) because they were underwater in their mortgages.Beware...

I'm a landlord and specifically write it in my leases, in bold, that renters insurance is strongly recommended and that no tenant possessions are covered by my policy.An attorney would probably have to file a claim against the landlord's insurance company to proceed with a negligence claim, but in my opinion, unless there's proof it was intentional, it would be hard to win a claim.- Tom

I found that by sending them the criteria (even though it's in the ad) with bold letters NO felonies, No evictions, it eliminates alot of people giving you the run around.
