You could buy the bank’s interest, then you’d be exactly where they are.....you’d have to file suit, which may or may not be successful, to have the property auctioned off, and split the proceeds accordingly.

You likely are needing to do a Partition action, which would send the property to auction with everyone splitting the proceeds, if you and the other owners can't come to an agreement.Agreed, you need a local attorney....you should have checked with before entering this.
