Quiet Title against absentee owners

Hello, everyone. I’m seeking information about a Quiet Title lawsuit against absentee owners in the state of Louisiana. The property has four owners on the title. After some negotiating between one of the owners and me, I was able to acquire part 1/2 ownership in the property. The other three owners have the other half split into 3. Now that I have interest in the property, I want to file a Quiet Title lawsuit. I contacted the absentee owners via mail which none have contacted me back to discuss doing anything. They don’t maintain the property. Nor, do they pay property taxes. So, in your opinion, do I have a case? Thanks!
