Nor do I know specifically who @Chris Seveney is referring to, but I agree with him it’s clear that there are several lenders on this board (and they come and go) who are playing games and not anyone you want to do business with.It’s a shame that with all the money BP charges, they don’t actually vet their lender list.

This is needed in this country...it is a shame for anyone not to have access to healthcare...one never knows when one will cross the "line of uninsurabiltiy" and then be dependent on healthcare to save our lives.

My family said it would be a shame to lose 24k in rents the next 2 years and that I should buy, because what if we could buy a nice home, get two years out of it as a primary residence, then at the end either rent it out (If I could get lucky and find a way to make a 1,250$ mortgage for an area that rents for like 950-1000$ work) or in the likely scenario I cannot get my mortgage rate down to 800$ in two years, we could sell.
