I record my computer screen to communicate ideas of tasks to assistants and document Workflows to be created into training guides.  

He manages all of these by himself and all of these properties have been a bit older and required work, so I grew up helping him around the properties on small tasks and renovations here and there.

We are super excited to start this adventure and have been doing lots of research.

So far I help a lot of them but because we having pretty big projects going on right now, I feel that I'm going to need a little more then the contacts I'm having......So I'm really please to be here and hope the best to each and every one of you for this great new adventure!!!

David Allen's Getting Things Done system is frankly the most intuitive and practical system to organize tasks and life I've ever seen.
