Hello Everyone,

I've been lurking and reading many post for a while, even made a few replies under my husbands account (crpell). I finally decided it was time to sign up myself, I love the site. It provides alot of valuable information, perhaps saved us from a few bad deals.

My husband and I are feeling pretty optimistic today, we have made an offer on a bank owned property and it was accepted!!! We are going to flip it in hopes to make a profit so we can buy some rental property. We offered 55K, ARV is 170K. We're hoping to put 30K into it (probably 60K  ) We'll see. Our attitude is, if we make a profit GREAT, it we break even it's a free education.

Wish us luck in our new adventure. I'm happy to be a new member of Bigger Pockets!
