Don't blow this one upI try to get peoples attention and educate or entertain more than just constant pitch.

Tis offsets their taxes at the corporate level as they had a loss in this case.As far as doing a seller financing with an individual that clearly has a history off not paying his debt...why would you entertain that? 

I checked out the floorplan post and was curious if you guys entertained the idea of tearing down the wall between the kitchen and living room?  

This potential investor also only has 18 units, so it's not a big enough property to even entertain the idea.

If it was between me and an adult fighting it out for their house, the adult would win every time. 

These parents now see their kids coming back as adults to live in the home.

I find it hard to believe that a respectable Realtor would entertain working with a client that feels the way you do.
