I have a portfolio of 20 doors, mostly in Pilsen, but also a building in Rogers Park and West Ridge.    

Property is on the west side. $850-$900 a piece for two 3/1s and $550-$600 for a 2/1

Because the values have gone up to $175K for a simple house on a normal lot to tear down to build the 2 story homes with garages that everybody wants near the Base, the builders are now building on the West side of Dale Mabry.

Looking to learn as much as possible. Willing to help others out with projects if it means learning more about real estate investing.

The west boundary are the railroad tracks, so make sure you factor those in as you are looking at properties.I looked at a house off French which is near San Pedro Park.  

We have one rental in west Buda, two off boomtown south Manchaca Rd.

Hello BB folks I am looking for a handyman on the west side of Indianapolis suburbs .

I could probably raise rates on these properties to get them in the 11% - 9% range if I priced aggressively.I also recently purchased a property this year in West Racine (3 BR) for 44k that I am renting for 925 per month.

I'm house hacking a 2-flat farther west near California and Cermak and once I move out, it'll cash flow.

Jason,Anything near the Village West area or Turner Schools is good....just be ready to pull permits on all items.
