There are proper legal structures that would fit exactly what you want to do that already have legal president based on others who have desired to do the same thing as you propose.

They might can hang out a loan longer before it comes due because the balance is so small versus deposit levels at the branch.I usually do not do much business with banks on commercial because simply what they are offering I really consider crap loans for the deal size we do.Had a president of the bank call me the other day selling 3 to 5 year fixed loans with 20 year amort. and full personal unlimited recourse with 30% down.

I was a police officer for 23 years and I am now the Vice President of a security and investigations company here in Houston. 

Basically he would introduce me to the REO person and they (the REO Vice President) would let me bid on the properties or find me what I wanted.
