Nashville....October 6-8th

@Joe Villeneuve I’m looking in the Nashville area it will be hard to find a house for 50k .

Mainly, because I would like to invest somewhere I already like and relocate to in future (Nashville, Orlando, Charleston).

My plan is eventually to acquire buy and hold properties in or around Nashville, Clarksville, Knoxville or Chattanooga, but my first step will most likely be to wholesale properties (outside Nashville, TN area).

Currently, I reside in Nashville, TN and I am looking to get started with a duplex property that I can live in and rent the other side.

I am looking for long-distance investing.I planned to buy couple condominiums in Nashville, TN, but was advised that restrictions on short term renting become draconian, with 90 days minimum in the city.Could you please guys suggest what are the best markets to buy condos for short-term rentals?

I am in Nashville but advice for you would be go with a brokerage that has LOW fees and good ratings.

A lot of folks in Nashville are having to rent their STRs out right, now cause occupancy is way down and tourist aren't travelling due to COVID.
