Hello BiggerPockets community! Just wanted to drop in and say thank you for welcoming me to the community. I am new to real estate investing, but extremely eager to learn and connect with you all. Currently, I reside in Nashville, TN and I am looking to get started with a duplex property that I can live in and rent the other side. I am open to staying in Nashville, but with my remote job I am open to relocating to another market for better opportunities.

I appreciate any tips and look forward to connecting more on the blog!
