Short term rental condos markets

I am looking for long-distance investing.

I planned to buy couple condominiums in Nashville, TN, but was advised that restrictions on short term renting become draconian, with 90 days minimum in the city.

Could you please guys suggest what are the best markets to buy condos for short-term rentals?
