Oh, and listen to Jack Canfield's success principles when you need life advice or inspiration, if you get it on Audible you can listen to it over and over, and they give you one free book to try, make it that one if you haven't heard it before.

I have been trying to upload a picture but the process seems stuck and I will keep trying.I am currently an online entrepreneur (inspirational spoken-word CDs) and a certified massage therapist who is preparing to get more involved in the real estate business.

Hi all,I was on the road quite a bit today listening to the podcast and was inspired to join this site. 

I am new to bigger-pockets and it has already given me more inspiration than I could have imagined.

I was really inspired by Tyler Bond`s story in a recent BP blogpost which pushed me to look into flipping and wholesaling houses.

Your story is a true inspiration to us all.  

I know it's easy to forget but seeing those Before/During/After pics are inspiring.
