Account Closed - I am trying to map out a game plan for my next investment, and a good friend of mine who is an experienced realtor wants me to consider Section 8 because he has a client who is an investor making very good money off of it.

Something to the effect that they will look at pics and video of the space and give you ideas on how to make the space unique with good style to help your place stand apart from the competition and you can purchase the material from the company as well (think wall accents, cabinetry, etc)I think the pod dropped in the last couple weeks.

The profit wasn't worth the remodel and sweat equity so we choose the long game and cash-flow.

They got in the game when rates were low and it was easy to find cashflow plays. 

You will need to really start playing the long game though and focus on securing assets that have good underlying fundamentals as you will need to get more creative with the financing if you want to keep moving quickly.
