Hello BP Community,I finished a webinar on Tax Overages and the presenter is offering training for $1500. 

I never scaled beyond a one-person operation but was doing an average of just under two deals per month over the course of about three years before I shut it down to focus on more passive opportunities and partnerships.

This is 100% dependent on the local housing authority and of course being in the Atlanta market the multiple authorities we deal with are filled with inept government workers and corruption.The question you should ask yourself is knowing what you know about the government; do you want to be in business and co-manage your property with them? 

It is a shame that the people that really can't afford the investment that these courses and gurus demand are the ones that can least afford it.

I am a firm believer that you have to live there and offset your prop tax's with zero income tax and of course be a local and self manage. then to me its like any other market in the country basically..

Are there any books, courses, or mentors anyone might suggest for someone in my position?

. $25/month over the course of the year is only $250 and you'll likely lose that amount in turnover costs if one decides to move out. 

1 - There are no sitelink extensions, which could give your ad more "visibility real estate" and better reflect your business.2 - There’s no phone extension, allowing visitors to tap and call you directly (which, of course, will be tracked in the Google dashboard).3 - There’s no Call to Action.
