Right now I'm house hacking one, flipping the one across the street in Leisurewoods, have 1 house on the market in Onion Creek that was rehabbed and have 1 rental!!!

They are on the corner of Treat and Main Street, above US Bank.

if so (and you probably should), it should be factored into your numbersi can't estimate the rent without knowing the address or cross streets, but i'm sure the combination of your property mgr/agent/internet can help confirm. hope this helps, and good job!

There is some value in that area,  just depends from street to street.

We sign a contract with his LLC company name and everything seem to be in order. 2 months later and the job was never finish, he had hire a street worker that knows basic electrical which I had to help him wire the whole house but he himself never showed up.

It is located in an area I am very familiar with, in a high income neighbourhood on a quiet street near parks, schools and all other amenities.

-Drive every single street in the neighborhood and write down every multifamily property I can identify.
