Hello, Starting to research about STR options/opportunities in Mexico (as a Canadian living in Canada).

I currently live in the Bay Area, but I’ve decided to start investing in the Jackson County/MO area.

As with most PUDs, the developer handed things over to a management company who immediately started a $400/month assessment once the final unit in the development was sold.

Why are you starting a new thread when you posted this same stuff on an existing thread? 

As we approach 25K active listings on the market, we are starting to see a balancing of Seller and Buyer, and some soft corrections are underway. 

We intend to hold the property in our name for at least 12 months before starting construction.
