My second issue would be not having a vision for the finished product.

Most of the folks in our industry are 100% willing to help each other and we all succeed together, and it is extremely wholesome to be able to help each other grow towards our vision!

I was so close to meeting a local real estate developer who has the same vision as I do via connecting with someone at a random event.

I started researching Real Estate Investing about a year ago with a long-term vision of building a Portfolio of Single/Multi-Family Rentals. 

That includes vision, mission, criteria, roles, financial contributions and disbursement, action plan should someone want to pull out of the partnership, what to do if something goes wrong (things will go wrong, it's just the nature of the beast), etc.

I believe it's having a financial dream in the form of a tangible vision.

U must have vision.

The pre-demo tour is fascinating -- the vision is something I can really learn from.
