Best way to start investing

Hi everyone,

I was curious how to start buying rentals with an LLC owned by 3 people? I am currently in college but i'm graduating this summer and I've saved up a good amount of money and the other 2 also have money to invest. I wanted to reach out to seek advice from this community because i want to start investing as soon as I get out of college.
