Since I am not local I am trying to optimize my strategy for looking into and securing a property.

I see what you’re saying as far as not just going with a cookie cutter number, but tailoring each offer for the situation and the buyer that I think would most likely be interested in said deal to be able to optimize the amount of money made as well as the amount of contracts signed.

You CAN get that many leads or more, IF you optimize your site for credibility and manually drive a lot of traffic to your site.

@Mark Sewell - I agree with @Aaron Taylor, if you got 307 click-through to your landing page, I would expect that you should get at least a few leads, so I would split test/optimize your landing page design and offer.
