Alright, it’s time to get this place looking like a home!

I haven't joined MAREI yet, but I've been to one of their meetings and found it useful.

@Jacob HavlovickBigger Pockets is a great place to find a real estate tax accountant.A good real estate accountant can save you thousands of dollars by leveraging entity selection and formation, tax deductions, cost segregations, bonus depreciation and tax planning.I recommend finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation, business taxation, financial planning and tax planning.You may want to consider working with your accountant remotely to expand your options.I would also recommend looking for a accountant willing to work with you throughout the year.

Day 4: The Heart of the House – HVAC, Electrical & PlumbingNow that the house is solid, it’s time to get the essential systems up and running—aka the stuff that makes it livable.

I will probably do one starting again next month. 

If you have to lose a few hundred a month on a long term tenant, it might be better than selling it.

To evict a tenant based on a lease violation such as hoarding would require you to notify them and then give them an opportunity to fix the situation.

Unfortunately someone from the town had to come out due to an unexpected boiler replacement a week into owning.

Who will show it to potential renters?
