Usually on a small lot, pretty rustic.I stayed in a nicer (though dry) modern one an entire summer and rather liked the minimalist lifestyle.I am guessing some of those would be possible owner finance options (that means no bank; rather you convince some sourdough named "Joe", for example, to finance the land and cabin). 

I also taught myself to trade Options and Futures online and I can make my Daily Cash each morning on my laptop.

Only thing that needs to be done to it is some minor updating and making it more modern.

With modern front-load machines they are able to wash and dry all the linens in time. 

I just wanted to make sure that you don't just pass on deals because you're sitting behind a laptop and only going after the deals that have the right numbers, because i can almost guarantee that you won't find it Cheers

Code requires access to your floor system so in pretty much any semi-modern home there is access.

It opened up properly on my laptop but was acting up on my mobile device.

We didn't do much to the exterior so it would blend in and not attract the wrong attention, but the interior has inexpensive but modern finishes, brown-grey laminate throughout, light grey walls and white trim, cool pendant lighting, open floor plan, you know the template :)
