How to finance a property as a full time student
Hi all,
My name is Quinn Slayton and I'm a newbie to BP as well as real estate. I am currently a full time business student in Fairbanks, Alaska. I really would like to begin my career as a real estate investor as soon as possible, however I am having trouble figuring out how I can finance a rental. I currently make around $1300/month working part time and I am lucky enough to have recieved scholarships so I will graduate debt free. I understand my income is not ideal for loans, and I have no credit score at the moment. What sort of financing options do I have? Another important piece if information is that I am renting a house with some friends, and our lease doesn't end until july. A house hack situation is not out of the question, but i would like to purchase something sooner than july. Thanks for reading! All input is greatly appreciated.
