East new York just got some new zoning laws ...plus the migration of people coming started from lower eastside, to Williamsburg, to Bushwick, now entering ocean hill, and finally EAST NEW YORK Now it won't happen for another 10yrs but it will happen right now prices are lower then the above mentioned areas..E.N.Y has a huge parkTrains A,C,L,J (Broadway junction ) also 2,3,4 new lots Schools and empty commercial buildings for lofts ect. 

there is a migration going on with families in okc metro schools.

I was on cozy and got migrated to apartments.comI listed my house on both, but got good response on zillow (and free ad on apartments.com got close to zero response, while I got about 1000 views and 40 emails in 2 weeks on zillow).But all my payments and lease signing, I opted to go with apartments.com because their customer support was really good (I called them thrice and they navigated me through tenant on-boarding).

The amount of population in-migration is ridiculous, but not really all that surprising considering that Alberta has the highest average wages, lowest taxes and lowest unemployment in the country.The Edmonton real estate market has a history of lagging behind Calgary anywhere from 12 to 18 months but I currently don't see any signs of things slowing down as new projects are being announced all the time.
