These have been large scale renovations with layout modifications, new electrical, mostly new plumbing, etc as well as a mid higher end finish (quartz counters, marble tile, etc).I'm looking for a benchmark, particularly on timeline.

When property goes to auction you can purchase it for the highest bid (but that means you have to lay out the funds again & basically pay yourself later) or the property will go to the highest bidder.

I would only install stone (granite, cultured, or otherwise) in a higher-end rental or if I found usable seconds at an extraordinary price)As for layout, what is on the wall to the left of the photo?
