@Tony Karns have you considered tile?

Are you looking for one contractor to do all the work or a painter to paint 100units, a tile guy for 100 units, etc.?

I have these ceiling tiles.

In kitchens and bathrooms, I'd use glue tiles. 

Most flippers use the same light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, tile, paint, flooring and everything else on every job.

For example, tile flooring i got the second cheapest put diagonal in a very expensive home and it looked amazing.

Lay it flat and put a bunch of dowels between them then when it's lined up, start pulling out the dowels to make contact, and roll it down with a heavy roller (or a can of something) to keep it smooth and keep pulling out the dowels as you go. 

I was eating pb@j sandwiches everyday because in my mind I couldn’t dare do laminate I had to have granite, god for bid a tile was laid slightly crooked, I’d rip it all up.
