Another way to solve occupancy challenges, which I strongly encourage, is adding a few more features so guests will feel less desire to leave and find comforts, such as a hot tub (with great photos, including lights on at twilight), well stock the home and make a big deal of this(especially coffee and the ease of making it), buy more indoor and also outdoor games, photograph them in use and describe them via verbiage in the listing.

Indoor pests are the responsibility of the tennent.  

I just finished a pool cabin 4 bedroom 6 bathrooms . 4200 sq feet in gatlinburg with theatre , sauna , steam shower arcade indoor heated pool.

I would worry about something "happening" to the camera if they were installed indoors. 

Is your property set up as just a place to sleep, maybe a place to relax and stay indoors, maybe long term guests or an older crowd... then think about what they may want.

.#1 - I have indoor pools in some of my cabins and the insurance company provides me with specific verbage they want in my rental agreement and they want that initialed by the guest.#2 - I "feel" like I would have better coverage if something bad happened and I was taken to court from a liability standpoint.
