All good points above.Since we are in a very lateral market with slow appreciation [and depreciation] I wouldn't count on much appreciation like some more volatile markets.We can, however, provide rock solid cash flow and ROI.  

Just have to keep turning over rocks.  

We've had a seasonal rental in Goose Rocks for a few years.

I live in the DFW area, and was wondering if there are any investors in the Georgetown or Round Rock area that are interested in partnering.
