I recently went to a 2 week 63 hour pre-license real estate class. I am reviewing the text and other material before I take the state exam. The class was an excellent way to prepare as it was in person and not online and I had a knowledgeable and charismatic instructor. I look forward to being a realtor in the Melbourne, FL area in the near future.

I have been listening to Bigger Pockets for nearly 3 months and I love it! It is a wealth of information and has convinced me to go after my dream. I have always been interested in real estate and investing and I am in the process of buying my first buy and hold. I am looking forward to an exciting future.
