Is it possible to have an LLC partnership (my sister and I) that has a mix of property ownership?

The property is zoned as mixed-use tourist commercial, which allows me to convert the property into a motel/hotel.

I've been pretty happy with my decision so far...I've experienced a healthy mix of cashflow and appreciation since starting to invest out here. 

Dealing with an agent instead of the seller can be a bit of a mixed bag.

Looking to acquire a mixed use property in Morris County NJ - this is will be demo & reconstruct property so once the property is acquired we will be applying for variance / permits etc. with the town that may take ~12-18months to get approved.

I am unsure of what kind of investments I should prioritize yet, whether it be a mix of SFH, MFH, Flips, or Rehabs.

I've opted to go with the second lender as he has assured me my rate will be %3.75 at closing also with a cash out option.Anyone else experience mixed messaging as it relates to this fee?

Do not mix your personal expenses with business on the same credit card, checking account...
