Durham School of the Arts (grades 6-12) is highly regarded for art & academics- it requires a lottery for entrance; both my girls attended. 

Usually I pay tenants to do a first pass and then have one girl that does "construction clean" or final spit and shine.

My girls are 12 and 13 and are very self-sufficient.Six months ago I decided to Airbnb one of my extra rooms and it has been a WONDERFUL experience.

Apparently we both have our beds next to wall.Try finding a girl at a bar or club who's a real screamer and bring her home for an "extended" session.

A similar post by Dave Krulac about most real estate investors only owning a single property hinted to there being a disconnect between the perception that there are many people out there building small real estate empires vs. maybe the truth that there are many people out there building tiny real estate investments that they overpaid for and run poorly.Just pondering if we have enough data on these boards to come up with anything that fosters discussion.

As I listen to BP podcasts and ponder my next move, I started thinking about using my current residence as my first investment property.

In their minds they are thinking "this girl is not even old enough to buy a house"Good news is.

HUGE shout out the "The Girls" who do a majority of our plans for staying late and drawing up what we needed to get out permit....They Turned This...Into This...Which with the walls we wanted to take out / change turned into this...And with the requirements of the City of Sandy Springs, Atlanta...Anyone reading this should have a LOCAL structural engineer spec out the beams needed for opening up / removing walls...
