I understand if the taxes have not been paid for 2 years the county can foreclose.I wonder if this tax is invoiced and broken down by spend category ie water, sewerage, public transport, fire dept, parks & gardens, council running costs etc.Can anyone shed light on this information?

LOL I would never had looked into my rights if he had been reasonable.As for the garden, the back has some brown patches cos of dog urine...in my contract it says I'm responsible for the yard, shrubs etc....but also says I have to pay the owners an additional $80 a month for them to provide a gardener to do that maintenance.

This usual results in never hearing from them again, or a out and out reject if they say no on income/outgo grounds unless you have a higher 4:1 ratio at least.But after the fact what we normally encounter:1- Numerous late rents Baby was sick, car repairs, etc ..2- More unit inspections then normal If lawn/garden care are required they normally suffer.
