He provides a mini fridge and toaster oven in the rooms for guests and as a host you have the ability to what you're willing to provide to your guests.

That works great for a lot of things...AC registers, light switches and outlet covers, towel bars, shower curtain rods, soap dishes, exhaust hoods above the range, the range itself, fridges, windows..heck I even refinish showers and bath tubs with appliance epoxy spray paint...love it...

I remember the fridge was in the living room for a while.

Used a new sink with a couple of dents ($50 from LOWES), 8 yr old stove & fridge also from daughters home & rent went to $875.

I think a stove, oven, and fridge are pretty standard in rentals.

It looks like you guys relocated that fridge to a better location.

Think about the worst-case scenario where they trash the place, miss a few payments, and steal the fridge and washer/dryer on the way out the door.

Food left in the fridge, lots of items in the house.
