I guess by this time since we’re in the late pandemic stages the bulk of the people who are losing their jobs due to the Corona virus was more in the early stages of the pandemic.

Best case, pre-virus, it's at least a 4 month process on top of building permits but can take much, much longer to get a variance and there are no guarantees, it depends on if the neighborhood approves it or fights it and it is neighborhood by neighborhood.

Especially with all the uncertainty going on with the virus and what that will do to the housing/rental market.

Might save you some money on the chimney above the roof.Check the flu and see if it's good, if so;Clean out all the lose stuff and get some masonry for chimneys, its fire rated, glase the entire oustide.

Usually if there are problems it is around Internet Explorer (such a terrible browser even MS abandoned it), touch screens (our html5 for touch isn't great), or virus tools interfering.

My thoughts are pretty much based on events in the past few months (ie Paris, San Bernardino, and many many massacres) as well as the 2016 cover of The Economist, ie they have a baby staring at a globe which represents the growing global pandemic of a virus patented decades ago and spread by GMmosquitoes and effective in reducing brain mass/intelligence of most children of infected mothers.That plus school shootings, massacres, water shortages, power outages, and a possible shutdown of EBT Food Stamps could quickly spark a chaos scenario in America's most populous multifamilies & cities.Look around at how many commercial/retail spaces are vacant.

The problem with anti-virus software packages like Norton and McAfee is they are worse than actual viruses.And, McAfee has/was always considered lower quality than Norton.
