You're just as good putting it under your mattress.Now with that said, if I somehow did not want to grow my wealth fastest and have most of my money working for me at all times, I would pay off the property with the highest rate / lowest balance first and cycle through them in that manner until they are all paid off and my mattress is fat with dead cash called equity.
