Sold it 6 months later to a well know casino owner so he could build a place that was private for his celebrity acts to stay at.

Well I did some digging on whitepages, and bingo I was able to find the sister in law, and cold called her (a first lol)Sister in law, really wanted nothing to do with the house and stated that the sister in law had a gambling problem and that the house was worth nothing because of the money owned to the casinos.

I've thought about vacation rental (nearby beaches and casinos) or student rental (nearby colleges) as well, tho neither option is very appealing.

With the Hard Rock hotel and Casino breaking ground, plus the residential development that they have planned for the area and the high speed rail coming I think there is still a lot to be had. 

I'll give you an example, I almost wholesaled a piece of land that was about 20 minutes away from a couple of casinos and inevitably there was a lot of traffic that went by.

Besides the casinos are there any cool bars or other places with a good scene?

So other states with different laws on deficiencies get to pay for people in casino property states when people strategically default.

All apartments are currently leased and in the neighboring area (within 2 miles) they are about to start construction on the first non-indian owned casino here in upstate NY.

The Genting Project is yet to commence as it needs its casino licence to be issued.
