@Abraham Rahmanizadeh I am not in the markets you are currently looking at, I am a little more west in the Buffalo, NY area. 

Personally I wouldn't touch anything near NYC, but Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse and their surrounding areas are completely different animals.

this is really simple  just google Hardmoney lender Buffalo New York I bet a few pop up call make an appointment and go talk with them.careful with those that are not local to you .. they can give you the run around.and don't pay fee's up front. unless is very very minor... lots of scammers taking 500 to 1000 dollars from folks and never funding.especially when your starting out I would want to go eyeball the lender and make sure they are for real.
