Hello everyone,

Any canadians invested in US? I would like to know

1. How hard is to property manage

2. Cross border tax? Do you get taxed twice and if so does it affect your overall return of investment?

3. How do you do financing? anyone tried RBC / TD/ BMO that has cross border mortgage or you use private lenders?

4. How hard is it to find private lenders and how much on average is the interest?

5. I am looking at Buffalo to start with, because it is like 2 hours away from my place in Canada. any good/bad inputs?

6. Overall do you think its wise investing in US?

Thanks for taking time to help me with these questions.
