Im currently a police officer in Illinois that wants to get into real estate with an end game in mind of getting out of law enforcement earlier than later.  

According to some of my friends in the police force this was the site of a major drug bust about last year.

My mother called the police and they made her leave for the night but she was allowed to return because she has mail coming to the house and my mother is not the offical owner of the house so the police said they couldn't make her leave.

The police report said the sport goods were delivered and mail notifications were sent to my property.My tenant said she has nothing to do with that.

without details its hard to say.... but probably not your problem. advise neighbors to call police if it is warranted. inform tenants that neighbors will be calling police if warranted. inform tenants that these are the things you think about when you decide to renew or not renew a lease. otherwise not your drama.
