Partial Payment after eviction was filed

In Fulton county, an eviction was filed against me.  I was in an inpatient unit at the hospital and a traumatic life event took place.  I notified the landlord immediately.   I missed the court date and judgement was awarded to landlord, rightfully so.  However, a few days later, I dropped off the Feb and Mar rent payments, leaving a balance of the fees.  The property mgr emailed me of the balance.  I advised her I was working on paying the fees but did not have them at the time.  This was around March 6th.  I notified the property on april 3rd, that i would have all of the remainder by april 5th.  April rent plus back fees.  On april 4th marshall came

  When i told him they took feb and mar rent, he stopped the eviction.  Later that day, the property mgr returned my feb and mar payments.  Do they have to refile eviction?  Or can they have the marshall come, evem the next day?
