Tenant/Neighbor Issues...Advice Needed!

Well, I continue to learn about this business every day. Just like golf, when things are going well it will not last.

Today I get a voicemail from a neighbor of one of my tenants with multiple complaints about them. Now, they have been "relatively" good tenants, and I had never heard of problems with the neighbors until now. They have been living in the home for 2.5 years. They always pay the rent and utilities on time.

It seems that they are simply bad neighbors. What can or should I do, if anything? I plan on making an inspection but have never seen issues when I have been in the home in the past. If I had any knowledge I would not have renewed the lease.
